Make us dream / Energy Boat Challenge

Here's the latest news from the ENSTA Paris Taméo team, in full preparation for theEnergy Boat Challenge to be held in Monaco from July 2 to 5, 2024, and subsidized by ENSTA Alumni as part of theFaites-nous rêver call for projects .

As a reminder, the aim of the project is to build an electric boat for one person to represent the school in 1 km speed, 4h endurance, maneuverability and a two versus two championship.

Mechanical division:

The modeling is almost complete and the Tameo team has received the new, much lighter chassis. The cockpit design has also been chosen. A full reveal of the 3D model will be made on May 15.

Electronics/IT department:

After months of work, the team has received the new printed circuit board. It has also selected the batteries it will use for the challenge, Victron 10kWh and 48V batteries.

Onthe sponsorship front, the Tameo team met Monaco Marine and Sonic Equipment, who will be supplying tools and trolleys.
