ENSTA Paris newsletter: floating wind energy master's degree, nuclear course and Monaco Energy Boat Challenge

OFFWIND, a new lease of life for offshore wind energy

Named OFFWIND, the master's project dedicated to floating wind power presented by the Institut Polytechnique de Paris has won the Compétences et Métiers d'Avenir (CMA) call for expressions of interest launched by France 2030. The program, supported by ENSTA Paris and École nationale des ponts et chaussée (ENPC), two member schools of IP Paris and ENSTA Bretagne, has been awarded a contribution of 5.7 million euros. It should welcome its first students at the start of the 2025 academic year.

ENSTA Paris renovates its nuclear course

This revamped pathway, accessible from the start of the 2024 academic year, will be offered to third-year students in the ENSTA Paris engineering cycle, as well as to students in the Normaliens et Polytechniciens curriculum and those in the Talents pathway.

The fifth session of the Momentom MOOC on molecules and materials for tomorrow's energy will start on November 4, 2024. ENSTA Paris is responsible for the pedagogical aspects of the modules dedicated to the hydrogen industry, building on the legitimacy of its hydrogen platform.
